1. Core Technology

RO 100 uses reverse osmosis technology, using pressure difference to push water through a reverse osmosis membrane with a pore size of only 0.0001 microns. This membrane can block bacteria, viruses, heavy metals, pesticide residues and organic matter, and only allows water molecules and a small amount of beneficial mineral ions to pass through, producing pure and healthy drinking water to protect your health.

2. Key Performance

Water production capacity: Stable water production of 100 gallons (about 379 liters) per day, which can meet the daily water needs of large families, and can also provide stable water supply for small commercial places such as cafes and offices.

Filtration accuracy: up to 0.0001 microns, the removal rate of bacteria and viruses exceeds 99.99%, and the removal rate of heavy metals such as lead, mercury, and cadmium exceeds 95%, ensuring water quality safety.

Water output speed: When working normally, the water output speed is 0.26-3L/min (depending on the model), which can quickly meet your water needs for washing, cooking, etc.

Total purified water volume: up to 1.8 - 3 cubic meters (depending on the model and the use environment), the filtering performance is stable during this period, and the number of filter element replacements is reduced.

Wastewater ratio: After technical optimization, the wastewater ratio is between 1:1.5 - 1:2.5, and only 1.5 - 2.5 liters of wastewater are produced for 1 liter of pure water, which is both water-saving and environmentally friendly.

III. Operation parameters

Applicable water source: Applicable to municipal tap water. After connecting to the pipeline, the internal multi-stage filter element works together to purify tap water of different water qualities.

Applicable water pressure: The recommended working water pressure is 0.1 - 0.4MPa. The equipment runs stably within this range, and abnormal water pressure may damage the equipment.

Temperature range: The suitable working temperature is 5℃ - 40℃. Too high or too low temperature will affect the performance and life of the equipment, and it needs to be installed in a suitable environment.

Power: The power is usually 21 - 60W (different for different models). The low power design saves energy and reduces consumption, reducing electricity costs.

4. Filter element related

Filter element configuration: Multi-stage filter element is used. PP cotton filter element intercepts large particles such as mud, rust, etc.; activated carbon filter element absorbs residual chlorine, odor and some organic matter; reverse osmosis membrane filter element deep filtration; post-activated carbon filter element optimizes water quality and taste.

Replacement cycle: PP cotton filter element is replaced every 3-6 months, activated carbon filter element is replaced every 6-12 months, reverse osmosis membrane filter element is replaced every 2-3 years under normal maintenance (adjusted according to water quality), and post-activated carbon filter element is replaced every 8-18 months.

5. Product specifications

Product size: Common sizes are between 320×300×980mm-480×430×160mm, with a compact design, can be installed under the kitchen sink or in the cabinet, and does not take up too much space.

Product weight: generally 8-16kg, easy to carry and install, lightweight and durable shell to ensure stability and convenience.

Installation method: Mainly under-sink type, some models support wall-mounted type. Under-sink type is beautiful and space-saving, while wall-mounted type allows for flexible installation location.
